Five CECAD Travel Grants available

CECAD offers again up to five travel grants (1,500 € each) to CECAD PostDocs and last year PhD students who want to use an international meeting as a career stimulating option to discuss with attending PIs the option of the next PostDoc position in their labs in the near future.

CECAD members interested in applying for funding should send a short description about their motivation to attend the conference, how they are going to present their work at the conference and a list of 1-2 attending scientists they want to meet for future job opportunities.

Please also include a programme of the conference. Presentation of the work by a poster or a talk is required for getting funded. Deadline for application is September 15, 2011. The conference should take place between May and December 2011. Applications have to be handed in in English.
