HORIZON2020 and beyond: EU collaborative research – Funding opportunities in the Life Sciences

International collaborations are absolutely vital for the effective implementation of large research projects. In order to share its experiences  in EU funding applications for collaborative research, the Translational Platform RP C organized a seminar on June 10, 2014 addressing the topic “HORIZON2020 and beyond: EU collaborative research – Funding opportunities in the Life Sciences”.

Dr. Andreas Krell from the European Liaison Office of the German Research Organizations (KoWi) led the participants in an excellent presentation through the giant number of European funding opportunities in the research program HORIZON2020. The participants showed great interest in this successful talk and in further exploring European funding opportunities. Therefore, the Translational Platform now offers their expertise to CECAD members in EU funding applications for collaborative research -  another seminar with the focus on HORIZON2020 is already being planned.
