Diversity and inclusion are playing an increasingly important role in society, research and the workplace. Employers are recognizing that promoting diversity among researchers and employees is not only the right thing to do from an ethical perspective, but also contributes to scientific and economic success.

Reverse Mentoring is a strategy where younger or newer employees are enabled to teach older or more experienced employees. In the context of diversity issues, mentoring relationships help to share knowledge and perspectives from different generations and backgrounds.

Moderated by Britt Dahmen, our panelists Werner Bruns, Carien Niessen, Pia Pinger and Linda Zirden will share their experiences and insights on how Reverse Mentoring as a concept, and in relation to diversity issues, can help foster an inclusive work environment and provide momentum for change.

We are looking forward to seeing you there!
Some snacks and drinks are offered.

Best wishes from the organising team
Julia Zielinski, Susanne Kutter, Katrin Tholen, Tim Bock, Sibylle Grandel
