Thorsten Hoppe´s statement on SPIEGEL ONLINE

Yesterday Thorsten Hoppe, Principal Investigator at CECAD, was asked for his opinion on a new study by Bruce Yankner and his research group. Their results show, that the REST-Protein has a protective function on brain cells, that may even be able to protect the brain from Alzheimer´s disease.
