The Eclipse is the latest offspring of the Tribit family and offers analytical flexibility thanks to its various fragmentation techniques (HCD, CID, ETD). The platform is ideally suited to analyze and quantify samples benefitting from MS3, such as TMT-labels and cross-links.
The Exploris 480 is the latest offspring of the Q-Exactive family and offers rapid scanning and detection at very high resolution. Coupled to a Dionex UltiMate 3000 system, the Exploris platform provides unmatched analytical performance particularly for data-independent acquisition approaches.
Q-Exactive mass spectrometers combine quadruple precursor ion selection with high-resolution accurate-mass Orbitrap detection. Both Instruments in the facility are equipped with EASY nLc 1000 UPLC-Systems and column ovens allowing for the use column lengths up to 50 cm. This setup combines high resolution chromatography and the superior quality of the Q-Exactive instruments, enabling the quantitative analysis of complex biological samples in depth and with great confidence.
The TripleTOF 6600 is Q-TOF mass spectrometer that provides high resolution and mass accuracy on all MSn stages. The TripleTOF is coupled to an Eksigent nanoLC 2D system. It is specifically suited for shotgun and data-independent acquisition (DIA).
