CECAD is offering a 2-day intensive course focusing on "Career Opportunities in Translational Research". Topics include analysis of innovative discoveries, career options, and regulatory requirements. In a step by step procedure, participants will learn to structure and design a clinical study concept, to protect innovations with patents and to secure funding for translational projects. The course will include also two interactive workshops where participants will be guided through various stages of the translational procedure. Certificates will be available at the end of the course.
 
This interactive course will take place on the 30th and 31st of January 2012 and is offered to 2nd and 3rd year PhD students, Post-Doc and MDs for approximately 8 hours of participation per day. There is no charge to you or your department for your participation, and you are sure to find this material useful in advancing your projects and opening the door for new careers opportunities.
