CECAD Courses for PhD Students and PostDocs

Target group: PhD students after their 1st year (registration with the GSfBS or IPMM is a prerequisite)

Date: September 17, 2013, full day.
Venue: CMMC, Robert-Koch-Str. 21, large seminar room.

In this course for PhD students participants are given specific support for the development of their own career plans and appropriate professional fields for life scientists are presented.

The trainer:
Barbara Hoffbauer is personal manager. She has gained her professional experiences mainly as manager of personnel departments in various associate companies of “German Telecom AG” where she was responsible of personnel care of several hundred employees and developed standards of performance for selection and development of employees. As jurist and specialist for organizational development she has advised companies and public organizations on questions of personnel management for several years. Thus she has mainly developed the business model of Kepos. Her experience guarantees for the quality of Kepos performance.
