The new Inclusive Postdoctoral Support Grant is a funding opportunity designed to support postdoctoral researchers at CECAD* whose academic trajectories have been shaped by structural barriers or marginalization.

The grant provides up to €4,000 in flexible funding to strengthen research development, career progression, and scientific independence. Funding can be used for a wide range of purposes, including research activities, conference participation, networking, training, and measures that help address structural barriers in academia.

The programme follows an inclusive approach: Eligibility is based on self-identification. Examples of relevant experiences include first-generation academic background, chronic illness or disability, neurodivergence, refugee or displacement experience, experiences of structural discrimination (e.g., BIPOC, LGBTQIA+).
