The talk introduces Neurodiversity and explores how Neurodivergence shapes everyday and professional life. It highlights how Neurodivergent brains may process information differently, particularly in sensory perception and hypersensitivity, organization and structuring of thoughts, motivation, and stress responses and their physical impact.
The session highlights practical implications, including strategies for Neurodivergent people and ways in which colleagues and working environments can become more inclusive and responsive.
